How it all started...
Two pole instructors, Jonna Page and Claire Dubiel, were working at the same studio without a clue either had an interest in stand-up comedy. One day Claire got pulled for the very first open mic at Comedy Mothership SXSW weekend and posted on her story and the rest is history! Punchline at the Pole started off with a bang and went on to sell out for their debut show. What makes this show unique is that it bridges pole dance and stand-up comedy: two seemingly different, yet kick-ass and extraordinarily vulnerable art-forms, right in the heart of Austin, Texas. 💟
